The movements prior to the eclipse took place in a staggered manner, allowing no significant traffic jams to be recorded, although traffic had to be cut at various points in the three historic territories, such as Herrera (Álava); access to the parking lots of Kobarón, Kobetas and Pagasarri; and access to the Balcony of Bizkaia (Bizkaia); and Jaizkibel, Tolosa, Elosu and Zarautz.
