More than 100 people have already died of hunger in Gaza, and more than 1,000 have been killed while trying to get food
In the last 24 hours, 15 people, including four children, have died from hunger and malnutrition, leaving 101 people dead, including 80 children.

The authorities in the Gaza Strip have reported that more than 100 people, including 80 children, have already died of starvation as a result of Israeli attacks on Palestinian territory and strict borders to provide humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.
The Ministry of HealthinGaza has reported that 15 people have died of hunger and malnutrition, including four children, in the last 24 hours , adding that hunger has already left 101 dead.
Thus, the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has reported that humanitarian workers in Gaza, as well as doctors and journalists, are "fainting from hunger and exhaustion."

Moreover, the number of people killed while trying to access food exceeds 1,000 since thecontroversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) began operating in the Strip in May, UNRWA has warned. The agency has said that the distribution of humanitarian aid "is not a task to be done by mercenaries".

Bombings of tents
On the other hand, at least 14 people have been killed and 25 injured in an Israeli bombing of refugee camps in the northern Al Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported today.
Palestinian media reported that Israel has killed two Gazans in another attack on Deir al-Balah in the centre of the Strip.
Israeli tanks have advanced in the last few hours to the heart of this city, hitherto excluded from Israeli ground raids.
The Zionist Army today confirmed that its troops entered a building used by the World Health Organization (WHO) on Monday to house workers in Deir al-Bala, in the centre of the Strip. The WHO reported three attacks on Monday, including bombings, at the Deir al-Bala facility and confirmed the arrest of two workers by Israeli forces.
Médecins sans Frontières has reported that almost half of the deaths among workers' relatives are children.
Finally, almost half of those killed in Israel's attacks on Gaza by Médecins sans Frontières workers and family members are children, as reported today by the NGO itself.
The organization has stressed that since the beginning of the Israeli offensive almost 22 months ago, three out of four deaths between workers and relatives have been caused by Israeli explosions.
With regard to the level of destruction in Palestine, the NGO has reported that only 2 per cent of the households surveyed maintain their entire homes, while 59 per cent have lost their homes completely, 39 per cent have suffered partial damage and 41 per cent live in tents.
