Eduardo Chillida's sculpture "Praise of Iron III" returns to Bilbao
Eduardo Chillida's monumental sculpture "The Exaltation of Iron III" has already been installed at the entrance to the Bilbao Museum of Fine Arts. Since 2018 it has been in Chillida Leku for conservation reasons. Lana is four meters high and weighs 18 tons, and was created by Eduardo Chillida on behalf of the BBVA in 1991.

In 1976, the famous 1st century marble sculpture was discovered in the vicinity of the parish church of Arkaia. The piece, 13 cm high, 9.5 cm wide and 6.5 cm deep, has been missing for 46 years, until it was returned by the PNV spokesman at the General Meetings of Álava, Jon Buesa, at the request of the judge. It can be seen until 30 September at the Bibat Museum of Archaeology.
