The parliamentary groups of the PNVand the PSE-EE presented this Friday in the Basque Parliament their candidacy to appoint Mikel Mancisidor as Ombudsman of the Basque Country (CAV).
For the appointment of the Ombudsman, however, the proposal requires the support of EH Bilduor the PP, since the Basque Parliament appoints the Ombudsman by a three-fifths majority of its members, that is, with the support of 45 parliamentarians.
