Feijóo calls for "exceptional" measures in the face of the migration crisis as the first political reactions arrive

The first political reactions to the migration crisis in Ceuta come as PP President Alberto Núñez Feijóo accuses the government of responding with "weakness" and calls for "exceptional" measures to address the situation.
Feijóo calls for more resources and legislative changes
The PP leader has called for Ceuta to be declared a state of interest to National Security and for the presence of the Police and Civil Guard to be strengthened with the support of the Army, as well as for Frontex to be intervened.
He has also advocated the urgent reform of the Aliens Act to extend the border waiver to maritime entry and has called for Pedro Sánchez to appear as a matter of urgency in Congress.
Rufian calls for a state pact
The ERC spokesman, Gabriel Rufián, has held Morocco responsible for the situation and has accused the Moroccan regime of "blackmailing" Spain and Europe.
It also calls for the non-partisan use of the migration crisis and advocates an indirect State pact on this issue.
IU denounces Morocco's "provocation"
For his part, the IU spokesman, Enrique Santiago, has denounced Morocco's "provocation" and advocated strengthening the State Security Forces to ensure public order, while calling for support for Ceuta and measures to ease pressure on the city.
Vox calls for Army intervention
The Secretary-General of the Vox parliamentary group, José María Figaredo, has called for the deployment of the army in Ceuta and the return of migrants to Morocco. In an interview, he said that all migrants must be "hunted", one by one, and that they are "invaders".
