The Socialists have only one week, until 16 October, to make a decision, according to the deadlines set by the electoral calendar for the nomination of coalitions. The PP currently has an absolute majority in the Upper House.

The PNV has noted that some of the amendments proposed by them have been taken into account and will maintain the same position as in the plenary session of the Permanent Council of Congress, "out of responsibility and consistency".
