Minister Puente doesn't think there's going to be any trouble finishing the Basque Y in three or four years

The Spanish Minister for Transport, Oscar Puente, has stated that the works of the Basque Y "have entered their final straight" and that there is no obstacle to their completion "in three or four years". Moreover, he has specified that "the thorn that is nailed" with the TAV is France, although he believes that the current French Minister, Philippe Tabarot, is committed to continuing the infrastructure to complete the European Atlantic Corridor in France.
