These include "the inclusion of humanitarian aid in the required amounts, the fulfilmentof all the basic needs of the citizens of the Gaza Strip, the opening of the Rafah crossing to the population in both directions and the urgent reconstruction work ".
The Islamists have also stressed the need to begin "immediately" the establishment of the Community Protection Committee, the organization of 15 independent technocratsto manage post-war Gaza recognized by the various Palestinian factions.
Thus, Hamas stresses that its creation must be carried out as soon as possible so that "it can begin to administer the Gaza Strip and lead to the withdrawal of the occupying forces (Israelis) to the agreed places".
