Russia has launched a massive attack on Ukraine that has left at least 20 dead and more than a hundred injured
Moscow has described the bombing as a "response to the Kiev regime's terrorist attacks."
Attacks by the Russian army on several Ukrainian cities, including Kiev, Dnipro, Kharkov and Kamianske, have left at least 21 dead and more than a hundred injured, local authorities have reported.
The State Emergency Service has indicated that large-scale attacks by the Russian Armed Forces have killed six people and injured 81 others in Kiev, while in Dnipro there are already 15 dead, including one rescue team worker and four minors.
According to the agency, there has been damage to some residential buildings in the capital, as well as a fire in a building linked to the Ukrainian Ministry of the Interior.

The Ukrainian Air Force has reported that the Russians havefired more than 73 missiles and 650 drones at the country in recent hours and has specified that the main target of the attack was Kiev.
In this regard, it has claimed that air defense systems have destroyed 40 missiles and 602 drones , but has confirmed the impact of 33 missiles and 33 drones on 38 locations in the country.
The Russian Ministry of Defence, for its part, has confirmed a "massive attack" on Ukraine "in response to terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime. "
In a statement, the Russian Government stated that the targets were "the defence companies in Kiev, Zaporiyia, Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Jmelnitski and Sumi and the fuel and transport infrastructure facilities used by the Armed Forces and military bases".
