The Health Adviser, Alberto Martínez, has recalled that the Framework Statute establishing the framework for statutory workers' relations "is the exclusive competence of the Ministry of Health, which must take it to the Council of Ministers and then to Congress for approval". In this regard, he has said that the Department of Health is in a position to negotiate "everything that comes out of the Statutory Framework".

ELA criticizes the publication of the ambulance service without subrogating the staff

ELA has reported that the Gipuzkoa Territorial Health Delegation has decided to terminate the current contract and, from 7 January, to take direct responsibility for the management of the medicalized ambulances in Tolosa and Elgoibar, a service that currently employs 45 professionals among doctors, nurses and health transport technicians, who have reported that "their work is currently threatened".
