"What the war criminal Netanyahu wants is to continue his strategy of genocide and displacement by committing more crimes against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip , "the Palestinian organization Hamas has denounced in a statement, recalling that the International Criminal Court ordered the arrest of the Israeli prime minister for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Hours earlier, in an interview with American television Fox News, the Israeli leader has expressed hisintention to take control of the Strip for "security" and then to hand it over to "a transitional government led by Arab forces," denying rumours about total annexation of Palestinian territory.
Hamas urges Arab and Islamic countries and the international community to condemn and reject these "dangerous statements" and to take urgent steps to stop the attack and end the occupation, to empower the people (Palestinian), to exercise their right to self-determination and to hold Israeli leaders accountable.
