More than 200 media outlets from 50 countries will join the global mobilization led by Reporters Without Borders (RSF) on Monday to denounce the "massacre specifically perpetrated against journalists in Gaza" and demand that the foreign press be allowed unimpeded access to the Strip.

"If the Israeli Army continues to kill journalists at that rate, there will soon be none left in Gaza to inform you," is the message that the RSF has proposed to the media to publish in the most appropriate way in each medium (cover or banner in digital version, black screen on television, voice off or metronome on radio).
In addition, media personnel and their representative bodies are called to observe a minute's silence on Monday at noon at the gates of the headquarters or at the redactions.
In ten months, the Israeli army haskilled at least 250 journalists in Gaza, more than any other war in modern history.
The RSF encourages those who subscribe to the initiative to disseminate content on social media, proposing the use of the hashtags # ProtectJournalistsInGaza and #LetReportersIntoGaza .
EITB, as it joins the international denunciation initiative, will send a message of support in different media, and at noon rallies will be held at the headquarters of Bilbaoand Miramon.
In addition to EITB, RTVE, 'El País' (editorial content), EFE, Prensa Ibérica (editorial content in all headings), La Sexta, 'ElDiario.es', 'Público', EFE, 5W magazine, InfoLibre and El Salto, among many others, will join.
