China rejects any attack on the new supreme leader
The Chinese Government has opposed any attack on the new supreme leader in the face of threats from both countries against the new head of state in Iran.
Thus, he has stressed that China "takes note" of the appointment of Iran's new supreme leader as "Iran's decision in line with its Constitution," while calling for "an immediate cessation of military action and a speedy return to dialogue and negotiation to avoid further tensions."
