Last Thursday, the Ertzaintza arrested a 29-year-old man in Irun after being caught manipulating machines in a gambling hall. At the time of his arrest, he was carrying more than 31,000 euros that he had stolen that day and another similar robbery the previous day in another premises in San Sebastian.

After the withdrawal of the private prosecution, Jose Antonio Jainaga and two other directors may not be investigated for complicity in crimes of genocide and against humanity.
