The Basque Government's Department of Safety will activate a yellow warning on Wednesdayfor wind waves exceeding 100 km/h in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa , and part of Navarre(North and Pyrenees) will be under yellow warning by wind.
The wind force will be noticeable on Wednesday: streams of more than 100 km/h are expected in exposed areas and streams along the coast can exceed 60-90 km/h, especially in the east, in addition to another yellow warning on the Atlantic side due to the risk of forest fires.
From 06:00 to 12:00 hours the yellow warning will be activated in Gipuzkoa in unexposed areas.
Also, in unexposed areas of Gipuzkoa and Álava, the yellow warning will be activated between 18:00 and midnight.
In Navarre, however, the wind yellow warning will remain until 6:00.
