A few hours before the deadline given by US President Donald Trump to open the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian citizens have taken to the streets and formed human chains in power stations and bridges, claiming that attacking public infrastructure with Iranian flags, posters calling for resistance, or photos of leaders is a war crime.

A few hours before the ultimatum to Iran ends, the US president has announced that today will be "one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world." 

"The purpose of these talks is to examine the procedure for ships to pass safely through the Strait of Hormuz ," said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Bagaei on Monday.

The deadline has been extended until 20:00 in the east of the United States. It will be Wednesday morning in Tehran. Meanwhile, the number of deaths in Iran continues to increase due to American and Israeli attacks.

In an interview with Fox News, he has advanced that Iran is negotiating with the US.

The President of the United States has stated that they knew the whereabouts of the pilot and that they have been working on the rescue arrangements until the operation is carried out.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard on Tuesday threatened to launch attacks on Microsoft, Apple, Google, Meta, Boeing, Tesla and 14 other companies accused of "involvement in terrorist operations" against Iran.

Trump's latest appearance has frustrated investors "hopes of a rapid end to the war. Wall Street has fallen 1.28% after Trump announced that he will continue to" harshly "attack Iran.

The US president foresees the end of the war in a few weeks and says the Strait of Hormuz will open "naturally," while Tehran denies having called for a ceasefire.

The White House has said that opening the strait is not a priority of the military offensive. Trump has suggested to affected countries that they can buy oil from the US. Meanwhile, he has announced that the UK will send new defense systems and more troops.
