Europako Banku Zentralak euro-billete berrietarako aurrez hautatutako diseinuak aurkeztu ditu

Diseinu berriari buruzko behin betiko erabakia urte amaieran hartzea aurreikusten du Gobernu Kontseiluak. Orduan hasiko dira billeteen garapena eta ekoizpena, baina urte batzuk igaro beharko dira herritarren artean zabaldu arte.

Azken eguneratzea

Europako Banku Zentralak (EBZ) euro-billete berrietarako aurrez hautatutako diseinuak aurkeztu ditu, eta inkesta bat jarri du abian, europarrek irailaren 21era arte iritzia eman dezaten. Proposamen horiek bi gaitan oinarritzen dira: "Europako kultura" eta "ibaiak eta hegaztiak", baita horiek irudikatzeko aukeratutako bestelako ikur eta baliabideetan ere.

"Euro-billeteak ordainbide bat baino gehiago dira; Europako adierazpide nabarienetako bat dira", adierazi du Christine Lagarde EBZko presidenteak. "Edertasuna eta esanahia uztartzen dituzten haien diseinuek gure nortasun partekatua indartuko dute", ziurtatu du EBZko presidenteak.

"Europako erakundeek Europako proiektuaren funtsezko balioak gogorarazten dizkigute", adierazi du Lagardek, honako proposamen hauen aurkezpenean.

Aurrez hautatutako proposamenak Europar Batasunean (EB) antolatutako diseinu-lehiaketa baten emaitza dira. Lehiaketa horretan 1.200 diseinatzaile grafikok baino gehiagok parte hartu dute, eta horietatik 25 gonbidatu dituzte gai baterako edo bietarako proposamenak aurkeztera. Europarrek proposamen finalistei buruzko iritzia eman ahal izango dute orain, Europako Banku Zentralaren Gobernu Kontseiluak sarean inkesta bat antolatzeko erabakia hartu ondoren. Inkesta hori 2026ko irailaren 21ean amaituko da.
